Management 2.0

The attached link to an article that proposes a more proactive approach to management.  The focus of management 2.0 is to periodically analyze data/information/opinions from people as well as operational systems to identify risks and evaluate performance trends in order to enable proactive decisions that mitigate risks and ensure success.  A periodic review is essential  because situations can change.
